fuel service. Layne Energy's team, specifically experienced in running large scale,
multiple-well exploration and exploitation programs coupled with unique engineering,
geology and operating expertise. This provides the Company with an opportunity for
value growth in developing unconventional resource fields.
The Company specifically seeks out opportunities to exploit Coalbed Methane, Shale
and other related gas opportunities. The Company has drilled in excess of 400 wells
on the Cherokee Basin and provides a continued stream of earnings to signify balance
sheet growth, earnings and value.

through acquisitions and joint development opportunities both nationally and
